Delivery Information
We provide a delivery service to Johannesburg (Central, Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs and East Rand). Delivery charges are R55.00 per delivery.
Delivery Hours are Monday through Friday until 3pm and Saturday until 1pm. No deliveries on Sundays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic congestion and possible delivery delays. Please indicate if you would prefer an AM or a PM delivery.
All orders are subject to product availability. Should we not be able to process your order due to your specific flowers not being available, we will substitute it with flowers of similar style and value.
Please ensure that you have provided us with the correct delivery information. If the information is not correct it could result in your order not being delivered and/or it will incur more costs.
Please also supply us with a contact number for the recipient, should we need to call them.
Also remember that depending on where the flowers are delivered to, information for the delivery will vary.
When delivering to a person’s home a simple street address (number, street name, suburb, postal code) and recipient’s (or a nominated person who we can communicate with) name and contact number is required.
When delivering to a person’s home which is in an estate, don’t forget to include the estate name and their number and street inside the estate.
When delivering to a business include the company name, recipients name and contact number, department, telephone extension.
When delivering to a hospital include the recipient’s name and ward name. Note: Please make sure the recipient is still in hospital and remember flowers have to be in some sort of a container whether it is a vase, gift bag or gift box which are all self-sufficient in water and can be left at the recipients bedside.
Any other delivery to venues which are not the recipient’s home requires more information to ensure it reaches its destination.
If you are not happy with the quality of your order or they are damaged, you must contact us on the day the flowers were delivered or at the latest the following morning.
Delivery fees are not refundable.
