You warrant that any personal information that you provide us with when placing an order is correct, complete and your own.

It is important that you maintain your privacy on your registration with us and do not allow unauthorized access to any person.

We select only the freshest flowers available from the market.

Flowers bouquets may vary slightly in appearance, depending on the availability of certain varieties.

Our prices are inclusive of VAT and a delivery fee of R55.00 will be added on during checkout.

Our prices are subject to change in line with the flower markets and are valid while stocks last.

Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Our deliveries are scheduled daily from Monday to Friday until 3pm and on Saturdays until 1pm .

If the recipient is not available, we cannot leave flowers unattended.  We will however establish whether a neighbor or a reception within a business will accept the delivery on the recipient’s behalf.  We cannot be held responsible if the recipient does not actually receive the flowers under these circumstances.

Should we have to deliver your order more than twice due to the recipient not being available, we may unfortunately have to charge a 20% handling fee and  additional delivery charges.

Should the address provided be incorrect we will charge a 20% handling fee plus an additional delivery fee.

When paying by credit card we may request a copy of your id to ensure validity.

Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.
